This is 2nd time we have used our VA benefits...First time we used a large bank and the process was mind boggling...they themselves were perplexed by the intricacies of the VA loan process which made the process long...painful and truly scary. This time we went with the PROs!!! Veterans United assigned Nick and Nicole and wow!!!! Like VA ninjas they were on it...guiding us smoothly from start to finish...the daily to-do lists kept the process manageable and not scary at all. We felt blessed to have such a competent and caring team behind us through one of our families major milestones.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend as it seemed that this company made is so difficult and created so much red tape. After speaking with others who used Veteran United, they didn't have this much difficulty. I thought things were suppose to be a little easier for Veterans and more help provided but it seemed that I got more red tape and issues which was not helpful at all.

The most difficult loan approval process i have experienced.
The veterans united team nadethi gs very easy to understand. Everything was fairly straightforward. This was a good experience for me.
