I never could have imagined the home buying experience to go better. Once I was pre-approved a little over a month later I was sitting in my new home. Between your loan officer and your realtor they combined to make the process as painless as possible and they do a very good job of it. They were professional every step of the way. Would highly recommend!!!
Our mortgage was easy to get thru and all the paperwork was fully explained and easy to get thru.I don’t think we could have had a better experience.
Veterans United made our loan process so easy. We followed the to do list that they gave us. Mostly all the signatures that they needed were done through emails. Fast and easy. I wish I could give them a higher rating cause with 10 being the highest, it still was to low to us. Thank You!!!!

To all my fellow veteran homebuyers, you will be amazed at how well Veteran's United took care of all our needs while we were house shopping. We're currently living on the West Coast and purchasing a home on the East Coast was a breeze (just closed on house 3/4/2022). They took care of everything and connected us to a realtor, legal office, and other agencies needed to inspect the home. I love the Veteran's United app too which helps ensure we get the appropriate required information submitted in a timely manner. I didn’t get to talk about Sarah and Becca. Those two continuously emailed or called making sure we had the small details in order too. Sarah especially helped with a school loan issue. What a well oiled machine they were. I wasn’t expecting everyone to be so helpful.
