My self and my family will no longer be doing business with Veterans United in the future, they treated me as a number and not valued member of their family, as a veteran myself this is discouraging. veterans are suppose to stick together and a real veteran would not sell his brother out for a quick buck.

Everyone involved with Veterans United are ALL STARS!!! I’d like to take this time to especially thank Sonia Giannotti for guiding me to a safe hotel nearby whole I awaited closing day. She provided a list of utility companies I would need to get started, and she even let me know about a pizza place close by for my moving-in day!!! I’ve never worked with a concierge before, but I couldn’t have done it without her!!! Thank uou Sonia!!! Also, I would like to mention Blake Thompson! He was like the Captain of this ship, making sure the closing team stayed on task. Even though I bought my home during the holidays, Blake would email the closing team and ensure that they kept to the timelines set in the agreements. I felt like I had my own atty working for me. Blake did not let the closing team off the hook. Thank you Blake!!’

Please do not bother with conventional loan companies for you V.A. loan needs. This company is specialized in the needs of veterans. They are there for military families.
