After jumping through hoops to get my loan done, I am informed that the already extended closing date was in danger of not being met. Because the underwriter made us do backflips, the team apparently didn't think we could pull it off because they were left completely unprepared for closing. What a BS answer. My team and the sellers team had to jump though additional hoops to pull it off. I'm going to make it a mission in life to ensure that VU gets as little business from my contacts as possible.

Veterans United makes every other lender look like they are running a goat rodeo. I've done my past 2 mortgages with Veterans United and I will never go to anyone else. Eleventy billion stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Veterans united moved quickly to start the process with the second home. Our only issue was the lack of communication when signing contracts. As people who are new to the home buying experience, we would have preferred our loan coordinator or specialist walk us through what we were signing to gain a better understanding.
