If you areplanning to work from home and your company office is father than 100 miles from your new house. Make sure your company issues you a letter allowing you to work form home prior to pre-qualify. This is not a requirement that shows during the pre-qualification and yet is a requirement for the loan. This letter requirement was a surprize to me, which it did not make me happy. My company did issue me the letter, but I would have felt a lot better if I knew this was a requirement prior to start investing capital (ernest money, moving expenses, etc).

Veteran's United is a fantastic way, if you are eligible, to buy your next home. My Loan Specialist helped make the journey very pleasant. There is a lot of documentation needed prior to approval. The outcome is worth the journey. I highly recommend VU. As the widow of a Navy Veteran, I never thought I would be able to buy a home on my own. I am so proud to say that Christina and the loan team I am the proud new home owner. Thank you Veteran's United. You are my Heroes!!!!!!

They where very good and we r very satisfied with service
The is again Bobby moss and tram

I was mostly satisfied with the process. The staff where very helpful in answering my concerns. I feel like I gave everything they ask for in a timely manner but for some reason we missed our original closing date. Not sure who was at fault but in the end I was satisfied with the service.
