Overall I think everyone provided quality service and were very professional. I am old school and prefer being face to face, belly to belly when making large decisions such as refinancing or purchasing a home. Personally I have found that it reduces a lot of confusion and anxiety. My husband had opted to work with Veterans United so I trusted his lead. If you are o.k with online financing I would "highly" recommend this team.
