It definitely seemed like a lot of work while we were in it, there was always additional paperwork needed, but in the end it was a pretty easy process. I love that most items were able to be completed electronically!

Ediri - our loan coordinator was not very helpful to our experience. She seemed slow in communicating and was not responsive when we had concerns about issues. Towards the end we ended up preferring to communicate with Rob.
Remind customers to update contact info before any appointments get made, otherwise they will be surprised when someone comes to sign closing paperwork especially when they received no prior communication about it. Also, all the forms that need to be signed should absolutely have signature lines, let's work smarter not harder.
