My wife and I have done multiple re-finances w/ Winsor and his team. Every time we receive the lowest rates and out of pocket expenses. I tried once to apply for a loan w/ another company and my experience led me straight back to Veterans United. Don't apply anywhere else, the buck stops at VU!

Have the right team
I’ve closed three homes with Veterans United, the first two homes were VA loans and they did an outstanding job processing the loans. The third home was a conventional loan and I encounter several sticky points, especially during the underwriting process. They do better with VA loans than conventional.
Great program for Veteran homebuyers . Stay focused and do what’s needed and it’ll be a smooth transition.
