The team assigned was outstanding. The only issue I had were the incredible number of document requests and verifications. For someone with a near 840 credit report and enough savings to buy the house 5 times over it was annoying to say the least.

My only complaint would be that I asked for a few options on realtors I could use through you guys. And I kept getting met with only one option. Even after asking another 2x I was never given more than one choice of realtor in my area that worked with you guys. Therefore I chose my own who did not work with you guys directly. I would have liked to receive at least 3 and be given the choice on which realtor I wanted to use.
