Mr. Wilson was not helpful but instead kept causing delays due to a seeming lack of knowledge and or experience. I had to keep going back to Kaylee to get problems caused by Mr. Wilson resolved on far to many occasions. It was disappointing but Kaylee was an absolute angel saving the day repeatedly.
