As a first time homebuyer, I never expected the process to be as simple and quick as it was. I've heard horror stories but my experience was pretty much point and click.
I would have preferred if they would have sent the checks off to the other loans that were being paid off. It would have been easier. If they would have made the checks out to me i would have been able to deposit them and pay off the loans online the same day oppose to having to look up everything and mail off everything
