


Honestly would never used VU again. Next to zero communication, way too many people on your “team”… no one answers phone calls, everything is done through text and just aggravating to get clarification. When closing got pushed to the next day, not one person from the team reached out to me to explain why nor previously did they explain what needed to be done. The notary was more helpful than the team.

Process was outstanding!

Overall, I would say they all did a very fine job, and I'm glad it all worked out for Loretta, which was my main concern and for her siblings. It should all be completed by the 6th of November 2024. I just hope she makes it for that special time in her life before GOD takes her away from us.
