It was a lot simpler than previous loans

When I came to Veterans United over a year ago my credit was bad so I could not qualify for a Home Loan. But with help from the Veterans Credit Counseling program, I was able to secure a Loan. Veterans United positively impacted my life and now I'm a proud Home Owner. Thank You Veterans United!

We had not purchased a home in over 30 years. At first I thought it was overwhelming but Kelly made the process go quite smoothly.

When I contacted Veterans United Home Loans (VUHL), I had no idea what to expect. When I read that they were not affiliated with the VA or the military, I thought God help me. Let's face it. We're in a time where it seems that everyone is out to rip you off. God answered my prayers. VUHL is a lighthouse in a sea of unfamiliarity. They were God-sent.

Jerry Landrey and the Veterans United Team, are truly the best!!!. Going forward, I'm definitely using Veterans United for all my home loans.

From the moment I applied for a loan everything was easy. All questions were answered quickly and all steps processed very quickly. We were very impressed

Working with Veterans home buyers you would not regret it.... Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend family and friend to go through Veterans United for finance their future home

I believe that the idea of veterans United is awesome and from others I’ve been told great things from low closing costs to no closing in most instances, but for some reason we paid 2,000 in closing fees which when I talked to others they thought that was way out of range. I just wish the process was more open, the kind of communication wasn’t there I generally had to text or email and ask for someone to call in order to get a response which even then took until noon CST for anyone to get back. I wasn’t given the 3 day mandatory final closing fees and costs worksheet which by federal law I’m pretty sure is supposed to be given. I just wish this was a better overall experience so I could let other veterans know the opportunities they have.

Hello Matthew, we appreciate your feedback on this matter. A member of our Client Advocate team has attempted to reach you and we invite you to connect with us further. Discussing the details around your final closing figures is part of our commitment to deliver outstanding service. While I am glad that we were able to assist with bringing your final fees down, having outstanding taxes for a property can certainly cause issue and or delay. We do not directly control the majority of these costs (ie taxes and insurance), we appreciate your calling attention to this aspect and we value your feedback. Our hope is that your home serves you well and that our detailed explanation of the closing process has help you gain knowledge on this issue.
Veterans United is the best choice I could have asked for to buy my first home. The process was extremely simple and will only make me share this experience with all my friends so they don’t waste money renting.

Veterans United is the way to go. They paired me with an awesome loan team, Ross and Drew. They also paired me with a great realtor. I’ve heard horror stories about the process of buying a house but I did not experience that. They took care of business and kept me up to date along the way. I greatly appreciate all they did for me!

Don't deal with Kate Morehead or Christina
