As a healthcare provider during the COVID-19 pandemic my hours and days of work rolled endlessly into one another and buying a home found some peak stress levels. I will look back and remember the calming voices of Cameron and Brett walking me through obtaining documents while the IRS and other offices had come to a halt, was nothing short of a miracle. Over all, it was a good experience. To purchase a new build, plan on uncertainty, deadlines not being met and you being penalized for it. You have to have thick skin and speak up for yourself. For a pre-loved him, go for it!
