This is the team I will be using in the future for any and all of my home loan needs. The bar they set was too high for anyone else to even come close that there is no need to look elsewhere. Very happy with the end result. Will be recommending Mark and his team every chance I get.

Overall communication could improve, it felt like a lot of people involved but that communication wasn't clear between them
It seemed that there was a lot of confusion throughout the process. It was Nathan's job to explain things, but it seemed like everytime we talked he was telling me that I misunderstood something, but after awhile you got to start to wonder if I'm misunderstanding so much than your not doing a good job of explaining. Other then that not bad for my first home purchase.
