We could not have asked for a better loan company to help with our home purchase and then the refinance.
I’m a 72 year old veteran who is only somewhat computer smart. Mr. Drennan Johnson and Mr. Anthony Perrigo not only guided me through the refinance process but assisted me with any computer issues I had while trying to send documents. They both did this with patience and understanding. They answered all my questions immediately after calling them or emailing them. They continually kept me updated throughout the entire process. Their pleasant demeanor, professionalism and respect made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Both Mr. Johnson and Mr. Perrigo should be commended for their work as Veterans United is fortunate to have employees with these attributes! We have refinanced with VU twice and both times we can not believe how smooth and quick everything went! The company definitely has some excellent and knowledgeable employees!
