My only regret is that I didn't find veterans United a long time ago. The ease and simplicity of contacting them and navigating through any questions or concerns that I may have had regardless of the stage of where I was in the loan process is exceptional. The housing market in 2021 is very challenging. When I called Veterans United the first time I had a low hope to be approved for a mortgage loan amount that allows me to get the house I wanted. Jonathan was very professional, he understood my situation and did all that it takes to preapprove the amount I need to get the house. He was following up and kept me updated with any changes.
