Well, the best thing I can say about Veteran’s United is how fast they got this done for us. The worst thing… there isn’t any. They are exceptional. It was a sheer pleasure working with Jason Bals at Veteran's United!!!! From the start, he was super patient and very well-versed in knowledge. It felt as though he has dealt with numerous situations in the past so the overall tediousness of the home-buying process was extremely smooth. Jason was quick on the draw to answer any questions that I had which put us at ease for time crunches and other obstacles. After several offers were put in on various homes, and the sellers accepted other offers, there was a little downtime from viewing the market. Even during that downtime, he would still check-in. Even if it was just to ask if we had any viewings coming up, his follow-through was beyond SUPERB.
