I was referred by another Veteran to work with Veterans United. I was a little scared and overwhelmed because for me it was a big purchase. Purchasing a new home in this era was very tedious. The last time we purchased a home I did the required paperwork myself and it only took three days. In todays climate that’s impossible. Perhaps this stems back to the housing debacle when everyone with a job,any job, was qualified to own their own home. At any rate my advice to any prospective homebuyer is to hire a respectable realtor and get a home inspection in addition to the required appraisal.
