We originally had Janet and her team for our home loan, and just recently refinanced to lower our rate, and therefore lower our monthly payment! As with the previous loan, Janet was incredible. Answered all questions very promptly (even when she was out on vacation, made sure someone was checking in on her clients), and made the process very smooth!

Our overall experience with United veterans has been great. Started the loan process on 12/5/20 and we just closed on 1/12/21. Our home loan specialist Wes Dyer was absolutely awesome. We purchased our home in November 2019 and I deployed shortly after that. Nathan and his team did a phenomenal job getting this done for us. During my deployment, Nathan reached out about refinancing opportunities and how it would benefit our situation. As I was returning home from deployment, Nathan and his team made it such a smooth process to refinance our home. We have worked with Meghan at Veterans United for several years now. I do not know of a Loan Specialist that we would rather work with. Meghan is professional but down to earth. She tells you exactly what to expect, communicates very well, and as long as you are diligent in getting the information requested back to her, the process will run smoothly and she will get your loan closed!
