The overall process was horrible, I responded to all request of me, and completed all paperwork in a timely manner, but I did not receive the same courtesy when it came to correspondence from Jenny, I was notified 4 days prior to anticipated closing that is was not possible, and could not be given a closing date. Jenny just seemed to not really care. Rob on the other hand was great, he did all he could to help
