We, for the life of us, don’t know why we never applied for a VA loan before, and are so glad we did this time. I must say that from start to finish ( pre-approval to closing), VU’s process steps are seamless and efficient. Their client portal for communicating was our “go-to” for status updates. Most importantly, they made sure that we had a manageable number of people to contact, such as our loan officer and our home buying concierge who helped us stay on track with “to-dos” along the way. Obviously for us, the transparency and team approach worked well!
