Veterans United was absolutely incredible to work with. They exceed all standards in providing a smooth transition to homeownership and customer service. Everyone I spoke with at Veterans United was eager to assist, professional and prompt. I couldn’t ever imagine going with another company and I will refer everyone I know to Veterans United!
They are a great company and will work to get you the best deal.
I will recommend VU and Mikes team to anyone looking on purchasing a home. And ill gladly stand behind my recommendation
The home buying process is rough but it doesn't help when you put your trust into a company because they specialize in VA loans and they too make it an extra horrid experience. Josh Beck really came in and made things towards the right direction. Unfortunately even with this positivity we will never use this company again going forward.
Bert Shaw and James Vance are the two gentlemen you want heading your team. These men are quick on their feet and have the ability to think outside the box when needed. We were blessed to have been able to work with them and if possible, and if I were you, I would ask for them personally... They are pit bulls in your corner and don't let go until you sign on the dotted line... I highly highly recommend these gentlemen because I know they will get the job done for you and your family.
Very please. Highly recommend.
Veterans United made our home buying experience very easy. Between the knowledgeable team and great videos there were no surprises. They kept us informed through the whole process and got back to us quickly.
We are so glad we went with Veterans United. Very easy process and everyone was helpful and friendly and the interest rate was great! Highly recommend!!
That was a great experience for me. I had a good team . And I can’t wait to work with them in the future
I would just say be careful when buying homes fro commercial corporations ie. Open Door, Zillow etc. They buy homes and then just resell them. We had to get a couple of repairs prior to closing. And they did the repairs, however, it seemed they just did the “surface”. But they did them. We bought a home sold thru OpenDoor and they were a little slow in getting the needed inspection reports to Veterans United. Just be wary.
VU called and offered to refi and drop our interest rate so we decided to do it. The process was super simple and our team that handled it were great. Both the buying process and refi was amazing for us because we didn't really have to do much. Just open a few emails and E-sign a few things. They made buying a house easy

Experience first-hand why 359,999 homeowners give us a perfect score!
The communication with Veterans United is great, everyone we worked with are great folks. Would highly recommend!
While I went with VU because of a slightly better quoted offer than the competition, the entire process was like pulling teeth, and at times it felt like they were actively trying to sneak back money they had promised. In part because the final paperwork was very rushed and the fees and closing costs were shifted around and obfuscated, I have a strong suspicion that they were able to avoid giving me previously-promised lender credits. At the end of the day, I got the loan and the house, but I regret having gone through VU and I recommend going elsewhere for your loan.

If you're a veteran and you need a house, or are thinking of buying, or even if you just need to move, working with VU can open entirely new possibilities and probably put you in a house. I couldn't recommend them more.
