Just because it says Veterans in the tittle of the company does not mean it's a Veterans company. You could probably go out to any other bank in your area where you know people and get a VA loan through them which will make the process easier and more personable.
Top-notch people in every way would deathly recommend to friends and family
Simply the BEST! Enough said...
The process is somewhat stressful, but dealing with such knowledgeable people made it much easier. They are always available to answer questions and will process your paperwork as soon as you provided. They are very understanding of how busy active duty live can be and their network involves other veterans as well.
In a world where customer service is press 1 for ? 2 for ? and so on and then please hold, or you will be helped in the order the call was received, your wait is ? minutes, it was refreshing to call and actually talk to a person in less than 30 seconds and when you do, you get answers to your questions from friendly and professional people.
Very professional and all around great

I had a great experience working with Veterans United! They understood the goals I had in mind and were committed to helping me achieve them.
I would highly recommend Veteran's United for your home buying. I recently closed on a property. Everyone that was involved with the process, treated me with the greatest respect. The process was handled in a very efficient manner. My loan officer (Alberta Barba, and his assistant Holly King) kept the process moving forward so we could close on the date we had agreed upon. It was a totally professional experience and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
I was looking to refinance our home mortgage to lower the interest rate and consolidate bills. Matt a VA loan Torres was my first contact. I am a vet and wanted to explore a VA loan. Matt determined our eligibility and the process started. There was a huge amount of documentation needed and it took some time to accomplish but we got the approval and new loan. Veterans United is a really good way to go and the folks that worked for us; Matt and Michael, were the best. I am thankful for their effort and friendship we developed during the process. I would certainly recommend Veterans United to anyone looking for a mortgage, especially if you are a vet. GOOD JOB!
Caleb was outstanding! His customer service was top notch and he always made my wife and I feel comfortable. He made us feel like we were his friends or family. We clicked right away. I feel like I have known him for years. I would have given 10's across the board but we weren't very impressed with Robert. He never could seem to get on board with Caleb. He kept asking us to resubmit things we had already submitted to Caleb. It was like they weren't talking to one another. Robert didn't seem too interested in making us feel comfortable.
This by far was the easiest experience for me not knowing anything buying a house. They did an excellent job
I would recommend using Veterans United to all veterans ,they made it a pleasurable and stress free experience, being a first time home buyer we didn't know what to expect but they walked us through all the paperwork letting us know what everything was and we came out the other side new home owners, we couldn't be happier.
We were close to 50 days getting the house closed.....last minute appraisal..did not send closing documents to closing office delayed several days....asking for documents up until the last couple of days...I would have sworn that this was their first home closing ever....started out with a very capable young man and was switched to Elayna...she desperately needs to be trained/retrained!!!!!! We never even spoke to a live Dan Dan Davis...if you want personal attention he is not your man...this is coming from a retired USAF Chaplain who normally gives people a lot of slack...I have bought a number of houses in the past and this was the most frustrating ever..my real estate broker, who has been doing this 25 years, was constantly amazed at the stuff that was going on....they read the contract wrong and had to do so many HUDs that I lost count...I ended up paying 2500 for closing vs 925 they indicated and then had to pay the seller more money to rectify the error and not delay the process any more.....the only positive thing that I can say is that ultimately they DID GET THE JOB DONE. I had reviewed a number of companies that deal with vets and most of them had horror stories as sop. This company had very good reviews, which is why I selected them. Perhaps I just had a bad luck of the draw. Luckily for me this is the last house that I am buying, so I will not be doing this again. If I DID i WOULD TAKE MY CHANCES WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.
I will recommend your service and specifically Ashleigh Quinn and Maria Dargan to any Veteran that may be considering a purchase. As well should I run into a Veteran that would rather rent than buy, I will gladly suggest they speak to Maria. I have already sent out to the 60+ Veterans that I email with daily that if any are in the home rental or purchase please let me know and I will gladly send them your email address and Maria's also.
All that needs to be said is this was way easier than I ever imagined. This team was fantastic and exceeded my expectations.
My loan experience was quick and easy. My title company said that they have never done a VA loan this quick and was very impressed with their service
Thank you for providing this service!
