This is our second time purchasing a home and our first time enjoying the process. Our only regret is that we didn’t know about Veterans United the first time.
I had a negative experience with everyone I had dealt with besides Jon. The truth is if I could have found a better deal at the time I would have gone elsewhere. Unreturned phone calls, not responding to my emails, and just a general lack of communication and relaxed attitude created unnecessary stress on my end. It was not Jon's fault, but his assistant and the other people certainly should take the blame.
