Veterans United Home Loans took the time to answer every question I had and helped me find the right path for my family. Spectacular communication and delightful representatives.
Personally I believe that the majority of VU makes the home buying experience simplified. Which was great. However the part that shouldn’t be difficult for whatever reason was. Getting in contact with my loan team was a hassle, getting calls back hardly happened. My realtor also never got calls returned. The most stressful part was dealing with the loan team. Any time I was asked to reach out I would say I doubt I’ll get a response but I’ll try. That’s my honest review.
