The quality of work and timeliness of getting the refi loan package together was weak. I didn't get action until I questioned why the delay in creating the package. The package provided was inaccurate as it did not contain the latest information on my current loan. Thankfully Max stepped in and helped explain and then rectify the issues.

Great experience with everything involved in the loan process! Very prompt response times and a patient staff willing to explain everything I had questions on.However, I recommend just doing the legwork yourself when it comes to extra services like finding a real estate agent or home insurance. For home insurance, we ended up going with USAA; they were comparably priced to the ones VU suggested but with MUCH higher customer satisfaction ratings. The realtor VU paired us with was kinda garbage tbh and we ended up dropping him.
