Steven was absolutely great. I read many negative reviews of this company on the internet but I can honestly say that those reviews were false. Steven was very informative and I provided every document when asked. Don’t believe the internet or YouTube videos because this lender is great!!!! Now I can honestly say I am a HOMEOWNER!!
They where amazing, kind, motivated, punctual, knowledgeable and above all else patient, because I was stressed out, was alot going on all at once, was a great experience miles apart and still felt like they where right beside my family and me the whole way the hardest part was finding the home to close on 10/10 best experience on buying a home. Team work makes the dream work and this was a great team with a dream come true thank you.

The customer service and the effort put forward by the whole Veterans Home loan team was outstanding. We were always able to get ahold of any part of the team regarding car insurance, home insurance and even moving companies. This is my first big move from one state to another and it was seamless.

My only thing was the rate I had to pay extra for because of the closing date kept just pushed back. But overall the whole process and experience I had with VU was great. Also thank you for the house warming gifts 🎁.

This is the second time we have worked with Tony Theberge to purchase a house. I could not recommend anyone more than Tony. He was an amazing loan officer, always available, and on top of every question/concern that we had. He is simply put the absolute best. He is kind, will give you fair advice, and just an all around amazing person. Anyone using Veterans United is in good hands, but anyone lucky enough to have the privilege and pleasure of working with Tony is in GREAT hands. When I buy my 3rd and last house, Tony will undoubtedly be the first person I contact. We are the Patel family, and we can't think of praises high enough for Tony Theberge, he is wonderful.
