During the underwriting process I feel like the feedback loop is delayed when submission of documents are made and when they are eventually reviewed or additional information is needed. For example the Cash to Close process we were going to utilize my parents wedding gift which was wired from their account. At no time prior to the initial CD did anyone ask or inform us that a Wire letter plus additional information would be needed. This further delayed our closing timeline and forced us to hassle my parents while they were on holiday. I think a video similar to the awesome features you have explaining the critical documents would be helpful for closing payment options so there aren't any surprises or delays.
