I got approved within an hour of uploading my documents. The website is VERY easy to use! It’s nice to see everything organized and easily accessible. Everyone I spoke to over the phone and through email were very professional and informative. This was my first purchase so I was very anxious. But, my loan team was great! They had very quick responses through email, which made things even better for me being overseas and not being able to call with the time difference.
