I highly recommend getting your loan through VU, they are a fair and honest loaning company that has no intention other than getting Active and Prior service members into your home at the best rate possible. My Loan team was Jon Ouk and Randi March and i highly recommend them both. I found the mortgage process to be easy and transparent. My POC, Scott Davis, was great to work with and made sure my mortgage was squared away quickly. This is my second time working with both Scott and VU. I will certainly do so again if the need should arise.
Didn't know what to think of Veteran homebuyers but the experience with Brad ( Not his assistants) I always felt like he had my back. Quick responses, even when I knew that He had a lot on his plate. I really Liked working with him.
Nina chapin needs to be in upper management at least. She went above and beyond to make our home buying experience worth it. I didn’t like how veterans United swapped our lead out halfway through.
