Very responsive always could get ahold of him! This being my first home I had lots of questions and he never made me feel stupid answering any of my many questions! He was always responsive and in fact when I would ask questions via email or text he would go out of his way to get a hold of me to make sure that he was answering my questions It was a great experience I definitely recommend Derek!
