If you are active or prior military this is the company you want to work with when purchasing a home! They are extremely organized and really on top of everything and being prior military that really resonated with me. I know some of the other mortgage companies just treat you like a number to their bottom line; there is very little human aspect or personalization. However with Veterans United I felt like I was treated with respect and understanding especially since this was my first time purchasing a home, they realized that and made the process as easy and transparent for me as possible. There were many things I did not know but they were there to answer any question no matter what it was. My father used Veterans United few years ago and he had the same experience. They are definitely doing something right!!

This process was insanely easy with Kevin and his team. All I have ever heard about was the difficulty of a VA loan, how awful it is to buy, etc. This is not the case here at VU. Constant contact and updates and even a direct text line to ask any question I could think of. We preapproved, approved, and closed all easier then I ever thought possible. I truly feel honored to be a veteran after such meticulous care.
