I am truly impressed with my entire home buying experience and Billy's team. They did such a thorough job up front that when the loan went in to underwriting, they had no need for anything. My loan even closed early, and funded early the morning after signing!
Also, the gentalman who helped me get pre-qualified did a great job too. Your company must treat it's employee's right because they sure treated me right.

The ease of use of VU's website was really nice. Having bought and sold three other houses I did enjoy how seem-less there tools are. I was heavily disappointed in the lack of communication between underwriting and the loan team. My experience was amazing in the beginning and turned to below average at the end. I cannot say for sure I would recommend VU in the future. I am defiantly in the 3% of not satisfied.

Make sure you tell the clients everything about closing or closing costs are not considered at the end of the deal. And that there are out of cost payments also
