My loan assistant took the time to walk me through the numbers and give estimates on closing costs, as well as explaining locking a rate and so forth. He never talked down in any way (due to my ignorance in some of the areas of financing) but was always very positive and helpful. He was also very good at forecasting what paperwork I might need down the road, so I was able to go ahead and start gathering that paperwork.

The whole team did a wonderful job helping me refinance
As a 25 year military veteran I thought I would receive a more knowledges team based on my families unique needs and concerns based on our veteran status. For example, not having to pay state taxes, etc.. It might be nice to have your teams brush up on those types of things. Especially since we chose your company for that very reason as I'm sure many other service members or veterans will as well.
