My home purchase was one from the nightmare book. The seller did not provide the required documents in a timely manner while lying about the status of items identified during the inspection. The seller's agent was less cared less as long as it didn't impact his commission.Greg was on the phone with the real-estate agent and the sellers more than I want to think about removing roadblock after roadblock caused by the seller; their only concern was selling the contents of the house and getting all the money they could from anything associated with this sale.
When a seller is a proven Lier, it is difficult to weed through the paperwork they provide and ensure the necessary repairs are done by reputable vendors. Gregs and his team took the time to identify the documents of lies provided by the seller and insist the seller do the right thing and have necessary repairs was done professionals not a buddy willing to provide receipts typed 8 1/2 x 11 piece of white paper. They worked above and way beyond the level of excellence anyone could have expected.I have purchased 7 homes and have used this team on two purchases along with multiple refinancings Greg and his team went way and above the extra mile to get me to closing.The team is the reason I was able to purchase my dream home. I cannot say enough great things. Please if anyone has any questions, they can reach out to me, I will tell them how great it is to work with this extreme level of professionalism.

We had one difficult conversation with the rep who helps with security. He was clearly pushing ADT, rather than representing VU and answering questions about all of the options. After several attempts to interrupt his pitch with my own questions about the other options, he kept on talking over my questions. It was frustrating and I finally just hung up. Chace and the rep's supervisor are aware and apologized. They have taken steps to provide him with training/counseling.
