I would highly recommend Veterans United for a VA loan.
Painless and easy to deal with.
I loved the online status and portal to place documents and see the process all the way to the end.

Answer the phone call.

We just purchased our second home using Veterans United. Both times went quickly and smoothly. They are very quick to answer questions. Nick did a great job! We highly recommend Veterans United!

I wasn't sure how to go about getting a veteran's home loan. I seen a ad online for veteran's United made the phone call to them. From there, they did all that needed done. Even put me touch with a great realtor. All I did was call when I had questions they answered them. I didn't know getting a veteran's loan could be so easy. Thank You Veterans United. Took 3+ months to close on the house.

After researching and shopping a bit for the right mortgage company to refinance my home. I finally settled with Veterans United and to be honest it was the name that first caught my attention, however I have never had a more pleasant experience and I would HIGHLY recommend Veterans United to any veteran out there who is thinking of buying or refinancing a home. These guys know what their doing and they make it pretty simple to understand and their website helps you breeze through the whole process. I will definitely use them again if I need a mortgage or a refinance in the future.

I had lots of options to acquire my mortgage but am very happy with my decision to use your company. Thanks!

Highly recommend Veterans United for a home mortgage. This was my first home purchase and I was expecting the worse. Kendall and his team made it simple, sent reminders of things to do, no pressure on accomplishing things “right now” and answered any silly question I came up with. The whole process was a breeze!

Veterans United is easy to work with. Keeps you informed and updated through out the prosses. A stress free prosses.

Veterans United Home Loan is a company specializing in lending to veterans. They know all the ins and outs of this industry and are eager to share them with a veteran. They have the best interest rates that I can find, much better than other VA lenders that I had checked out. One service they offered that I didn't take was their broker offerings which could have saved me even more. I would love to be able to use them again if I were to buy another property. Only if I could win big at the casinos. You can't go wrong with VU.

Veterans United got me closed on time, I had a good loan officer (not the team just the officer), and a great realtor they connected me with. However, two things were a frustration for me. First, Veterans United does not provide the best competitive mortgages but if you do the research and get other loan estimates you can probably get them to match. I still took at least $860 loss to stay with them because I don't like to start a business relationship and then run. This feels very manipulative. Second, my loan officer (Matt) was awesome but you do work with a team. The other person on the team handled my underwriting process but somehow managed to dodge the majority of my calls, dodged about half my emails (2 day turnaround IF I got an answer), and IF I got them to communicate with me they NEVER had an answer for me. I was ready to switch at this point but another bright point on Veterans United is they connected me with my Realtor, Victor, who talked me down from switching. So please do your due diligence and make sure that you are getting taken care of.

If you are a Veteran go to Veterans United they will take care of you from the start to the finish
