I wasn't thrilled with my experience. Really, every last ounce of joy was removed from buying my home, all the way until I had keys in my hand. Thank goodness for my agents and their team to help keep things moving and on track. I'm pretty sure had I had a different person handling things on the Veteran United side things could have gone smoother. I feel its important to be listened to by people who are supposed to be my "team". They should be getting creative and helping to solve problems, not act as an additional barrier.
