Veterans united help process 2 homes for my family one in California and one in NorthCarolina (most recent) both processes were different but we were able to close on the houses one on time and the other just one day after expected. My team worked hard to make this happen even though underwriting dropped the ball and wanted extra paperwork 3days before closing the NC house.
Honestly, I would have allowed this opportunity to pass by if I didn’t have the reminders and contact from Veterans United. They answered (almost all) my questions and now I have a much lower monthly payment and excellent interest rate.
I wasn’t thrilled with the explanation of the closing amounts and waiting for this process to be fully complete.
