The overall experience was great. It all was very easy to follow along. We would highly recommend them to anyone that was going VA. If you are reading the "bad" reviews I would highly recommend taken them with a grain of salt. Everyone always wants to blame the lender for their own issues. I would highly recommend reaching out, I got an AMAZING rate with them, beats any one else's out of the water. The title company even stated "you rarely see that rate" when signing.
