Durring my home buying process i insisted it go as fast as possible because i was on a tight time table. So my realtor and loan officer worked as fast as possible to assist me with that. We closed on a house two weeks ahead of scheadule and it could have been a lot faster. The only issue was that i dont like to rush paperwork, and because i wanted to rush the process my loan officer made some decisions for me. When i called him and talked to friends about these decisions it always was decided that they were good choices, and i never actually had to change any of the choices that he made. This was a very smooth process and thank you for your help!
