Mr. Drennan Johnson and Mr. Anthony Perrigo not only guided me through the refinance process but assisted me with any computer issues I had while trying to send documents. They both did this with patience and understanding. They answered all my questions immediately after calling them or emailing them. They continually kept me updated throughout the entire process. Their pleasant demeanor, professionalism and respect made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. At first, we were very apprehensive about applying for a refinance with an internet company. After we committed, we soon found out the process was quite easy. All the documents were sent via portal. At closing, the notary came to our house . This was especially helpful during this pandemic.
