Super easy process. Just ask a lot of questions. Know your credit score and interest rate you are seeking. Locking in your rate is something you have to do. Read a lot and this company is transparent..no surprises.

The simplicity to apply and work the entire process was formidable. The availability of monitor the process online and professionalism of their loan teams are exceptional. I would definitely recommend Jeff and his staff for any finance or refinance process. A great team to work with through out the process. Christine stayed on top of our refinance. Numerous calls to make sure we didn't have questions or concerns -- and all done during the Covid-19 pandemic.
From the very start, there was a lot of misunderstanding and poor communication between both loan agents and between the loan agents and myself. My realtor would get updated and I wouldn’t even know unless I brought things up. I sent emails and left messages only to get no response.

From the moment we sent in a request to discuss a loan, and received our first contact with Michael, it was the easiest loan process I’ve ever experienced. Michael was there for us whenever we had a question or concern. Kevin was very helpful as well with gathering documents and getting them submitted to the right places. Everyone kept the lines of communication going and continued after all papers were signed. I will recommend Veterans United and Michael Jones to everyone I know!
My experience with Veterans United was OUTSTANDING!! I never imagined buying my first home would be that easy.
