Jay was amazing. When I came to him, I had been taken advantage of by another lender who pretend to have the knowledge of serving Veterans. With all that burden, I called Veterans United and was immediately assigned to Jay. He took charge of my account and gained my trust on the first call and beyond. He was a trooper, good spirited and full of kindness. Even the real estate agent said she will only work with Veterans United with all her future Veterans. I’m very pleased.
Their system is very easy to use. Once you logging it has "To Do" list so it easy to finish each step.

Yes Dalton was always ready with answers on my questions n yet an old saying comes to mind. How can you fly with the eagles when turkeys show up. Anyway all’s well that ends well, the builder threw us a curve but Dalton n his team still got out a hit. So far, I’m very satisfied veteran on this VA mortgage.
A great experience all the way through. First time using a loan and buying a house and the team helped me throughout the process and understand terms and steps.
