Veterans United (VU) was not pro-active in my opinion. It failed to investigate information or ask pertinent questions. It relied on third party and Title Company for information regarding my VA Mortgage Loan. As a result many issues were not complete at the eleventh hour. This created unnecessary anxiety, confusion, uncertainty and expense. My wife and I were almost left homeless.VU simply "dropped the ball" in our case and have not offered to compensate or apologize for its inept and unprofessional actions. Regrettably, I can not in good faith recommend VU to other Veterans.
