I dont actually know if this was the responsibility of Doug or the underwriter. I made it clear the problems we could face from the beginning and on the day of closing the underwriting department wanted to not approve the loan. Thanks to Morgan it went through.

Veteran's united by far has been our best buying experience. From the start they were very patient and never pushy. I will definitely recommend to any Veteran and use again if we ever sell in the distant future.
Most of the staff that I dealt with was very courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to be kind and to try to meet my expectations. With the exception of the one individual I have nothing but high regard for the staff of this company
