My experience with Veteran's United was good. I was able to apply online and get pre-approval in a couple minutes. Although the whole home purchasing experience can be a bit stressful. They were available to answer most of my questions. I liked that I could screenshot most documents and upload. That made things a little easier with my schedule.
I had a great, worry free home buying experience with my whole loan team especially Doug (loan specialist) and Ross (Realtor). I highly recommend both these men if you want a smooth home buying experience.

I understand that people are busy but I had left several messages with questions about our loan process that went unanswered. This lead to a misunderstanding due to lack of communications and now we are stuck with a very large negative hit against our credit. We are trying to appeal with the credit beureau's but we are severely disappointed. Any help would be appreciated.
