Too many individual requests for info rather than asking for all info needed in a single request. Communication between staff members not good. I would send info to one member and later be asked for the same info. Time consuming and annoying

Just like my first experience with the the entire team at Veterans UNITED it was excellent.
From start to finish I know they always had my back.

From the very first phone call with Cindy, I felt like I was being taken care of. Meghan stayed on top of things and still is watching out for sell out to another lender. That part really caught me off guard at Closing. I didn’t know and wanted to get my allotment set up right away, so there would be no problem with 1st payment. I get paid on 1st of month and mortgage is due 1st of month. Makes me a bit uneasy, but that is me. I like things to be all wrapped up. Additionally, I appreciated Meghan running numbers for me with another competitor that would not stop bothering me with lower interest rates and all the hidden charges. That’s professionalism.


Very easy process, everything is convenient for me and painless.

The team was amazing help with my purchases. I was astonished how easy the process with dealing with lender outside of my area. Everything was electronic and when it comes to closing day, they send a notary to my house, I didn’t have to leave my house. Amazing!

Veteran's United worked with us for the entire duration of the new construction and had their affairs in order on time for the closing. We had worked with Chris Primmer before, and as always he was patient throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions with professionalism.

It's just now the end of the refinance process so I don't know if this will be taken care of, but I was charged a late fee on my November mortgage despite the refinance being done.

Everything was good for the most part. At times there were communication barriers and last minute things I was asked to do. But overall it was fine.

The process was super easy. VU took care of everything for me. They asked me to send some documents they needed and they just seemed to handle everything. If there was a question they would call or email me and I could clear up any matters there were of issue. Overall it was very easy.
