This was my second VA loan and the Team at Veterans United made the entire process an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Veterans United.
Katie Willis was great, kept us informed at all time ie; emails and phone calls. Should have done the water well test first.

Very professional and easy to work with. We will use them again and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
This is our second mortgage with Veteran's United. A great experience. The entire team was responsive and helpful.
Veterans United made the home buying process seamless. They are there for you every step of the way and made sure we closed on our closing date. I would strongly recommend them.

Please do not connect Katherine with buyers, especially first time home buyers.
This is the second time that we have used Veterans United Home. We have been pleased with the exceptional service, attention to detail, professionalism, as well as their personal touch. We’ve had two different loan specialists and two different loan assistants, and we received excellent service from both teams
If you’re reading this to decide if you want to work with veterans United, do NOT use them. Call USAA right now. Veterans United loose’s paperwork and blame you for it. They belittle you in emails to other professionals that you are working with to close the deal. They also won’t let your inspector inside the house. Then ask you to sign saying you won’t sue them over issues with the house that the inspector didn’t see because he wasn’t allowed in the house. VU will tell you to spend money paying things off and then turn around and say oh we didn’t want you to pay that off we just asked about it. If you do end up using VU, do not for one second let Tony Boussad work with you. If he bothers coming to work he’s usually drunk. This was my first home buying experience and I’m sad to say, I have to sue VU, the realitor, the sellers, and the inspector now. Veterans United turned my dream into a nightmare. Buy a home through ANYONE ELSE.
This was my first time and they made it very easy, no stress. The instructional videos answered most of my questions and the team filled in the blanks.
