I begain my homebuying journey 2 years ago with less than Ideal credit. Veterans United worked with me for over two years to build my credit, purchase my dream home, and guided me throughout the process along with my realtor.Working withMax, Eric, Jill, and Ally was an amazing experience and if you're looking to purchase a home with a VA loan,Veterans United is not if you should work with them, but how soon.
I was surprised at the disorganization we encountered with Veterans United during this home buying process. Our first home purchase was pretty painless, but this one was consistently plagued with things not being completed in a timely manner.

Jeremy Arnold & Paige Thompson provided exceptional service to an aging military veteran who had not purchased an older home with his VA entailment in over twenty years. I had an outstanding experience working with Jason Hughes and the team at Veterans United during the purchase of my new home. From beginning to end, Jason was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the homebuying process as smooth as possible.He took the time to explain each step of the VA loan process, answered my questions, kept me informed throughout the entire journey, and made sure I always understood what was happening next. Buying a home can be stressful, but having a loan officer who communicates well and stays on top of everything makes a huge difference.
I also received help strengthening my credit up and taking care of my weak areas and under my circumstances without them this would not have happened.
We are happy, but for my wife it was a process working third shift but she communicated when she could even at odd hours and veterans United worked with her and the hours she worked. She done most all of it where my hands are so cripple with Rheumatoid Arthritis. We are thankful for Chris and Patrick, and the rest of our team we had to go through the home buying process. We both found the home we wanted and Veterans United helped us make it happen! This is my first time using veterans united and I would 100% use again. Eveyone was very nice and knowledgeable.
I would not recommend because the things VU does for returning customers is very lack luster. Almost all competitors offered more $ and lower interest. After all the homes we have purchased, it was very disappointing to get less and less back as a returning customer.
