Be cautious, the underwriters end up asking for outrageous requests on things with almost impossible expectations. Because of this, our closing was pushed almost 2 months and we had to spend about double what we originally needed to. Otherwise, they are pretty good and organized, the process itself is pretty straightforward and easy.
